Wine born from listening to customers during the tasting, who appreciated our Nero, but who found it a little rough. For this reason, Pian di Giomo was created with the same grapes but with different percentages, which maintains the alcohol content of Morellino but is more velvety to the taste.

Its particular freshness makes it very eclectic. The best is obtained on red meats and on Maremma cuisine and medium-aged pecorino.
