Tasting notes
COLOR ruby red with garnet reflections.
BOUQUET intense, ethereal and elegant, it has a complete bouquet where currant jam can be recognized in the background of tannins from appropriate woods.
TASTE dry, savory, tannic, harmoniously ample and with a notable persistence on the palate.
EVOLUTION may well age for at least 15/18 years from the harvest.

Pairings
The idea we have of our reserve is simple and elegant at the same time. We are looking for a wine that best represents the Maremma but that does not get too loaded with the flavors of aging in wood (in fact it takes place in Tonneaux for only 12/18 months) and that best refines in the bottle where it remains at least 24/36 months waiting marketing.
Why we like it
Due to its complexity derived from aging, it is recommended for red meats and cooking of substance (wild boar, roe deer and other intense dishes)
