The Chardonnay, which our vineyard gives us, is intense, fragrant and with a high alcohol content and for this reason the end fermentation takes place in oak barrels to give greater structure and longivity to an elegant and important wine

Natural combination undoubtedly shellfish, raw and fish dishes, but its characteristics make it suitable also for an entire meat-based meal
